Our training programs cover three key areas:
(a)     Software development skills.
We have an ongoing training program to ensure that all our software engineers are up to date with the latest developments.

(b)     IP Policy and Implementation.
All staff members receive training in the implementation of our IP policy. See IP Policy.  

(c)    English communication skills.
We have an evaluation and educational program that not only ensures all staff is qualified with comprehensive English skills but they also receive ongoing training to further improve the level of competency.

Our foreign professional teacher gives two interactive courses every week, tailored to staff of different levels.
